• Authored the AI Adoption Strategy, Context Solution Design, Telemetry Architecture, and 6 additional strategy documents signed off by CTO and CEO
• Architected three-layer context delivery system deployed via Kandji MDM and admin console plugins
• Built 80+ Claude Code production skills adopted org-wide by ~100 engineers
• Led discovery meetings with department heads across 16 departments
• Built distributed enablement model with 3 regional leads and 16 IC-level champions across 10 departments
• Drove adoption to 449 MAU and 67% stickiness (DAU/MAU)
• Built privacy-by-design OTel telemetry pipeline on GCP with export to Datadog and BigQuery
• Scoped BAA coverage, identified and remediated 90 shadow AI users on personal accounts
